How It Works
Students rotate through four stations, completing a different task at each one. Each station is self-checking, so students can confirm their work as they go.
At Station 1, students match ellipse features like center, vertices, and foci.
At Station 2, they graph ellipses and identify key features.
At Station 3, students complete a circuit by writing equations of ellipses in standard form.
At Station 4, students practice identifying features from equations or graphs.
This helps connect multiple skills and build a stronger understanding of ellipses.
